A good position for the nipple-areola complex (NAC) is more or less at the height of the inframammary fold. This, combined with projection, is what makes the breasts appear young and attractive. With mastopexy the sagging breast is restored into that correct position. During the consultation we will exam you and advise on the suitability of your breast for mastopexy alone vs mastopexy combined with augmentation. 

Most sagging breasts unfortunately are accompanied by atrophy or shrinking of the breast tissue itself and proper fullness will require placement of a silicone prosthesis at the same time as reshaping the breasts.
